How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also monitor your status directly through the 'My Orders' section in your account.
What is Vastrado's return policy?
We offer a 15-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Every product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these against your own measurements before purchasing.
Does Vastrado ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, slight variations may occur.
